Lovely, relaxed holiday let on the peaceful St Merryn Park. Perfect for the whole family or a get away with friends. Three bedrooms, spacious living area and kitchen and an ample garden with patio and outdoor eating areas. A short drive to the north Cornish coast and Seven Bays region of Cornwall with a wide range of outstanding beaches. The famous town of Padstow is within 5 miles, Newquay is just over 10 miles away, and its a half hour drive to the south coast of Cornwall and the Eden project.

Our lovely van is situated on 7 bays. There are 2 friendly clubhouses a laundrette, pop up shop in main clubhouse, little arcade, children's outdoor play area, tennis court and an enclosed dog walking area. We give our guests use of full size Solid paddle boards and 4 boogie boards so you can take advantage of the beaches just minutes away. We also have tennis and badminton. Bbq with coals, wifi, widescreen tv and an xbox 360 with games for chilling around the van whatever the weather.

Tressa is a brand new shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. There is an outdoor patio and small sheltered eating area. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

Recently renovated, cosy chalet located on a family friendly holiday site. The site and the location of our chalet is quiet and peaceful with lots of green space. Located close to the pretty village of St Merryn with places to eat and drink, and only a short drive to Padstow with its beautiful harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Ideal for couples or families comprising; 2 bedrooms, decent sized kitchen and open plan living space, and bathroom with bath and shower.

The property has the advantage of being in the heart of 7 gorgeous bays all within a 3.3 mile radius. We are situated in a quiet, no through road cul-de-sac with parking for 2 cars.
