Splendido alloggio a 6 km da Otranto. L'abitazione ad uso esclusivo completamente climatizzata, comprende i seguenti ambienti: - Piano terra. zona living con TV e camino. Cucina con forno tradizionale, microonde, frigocongelatore, macchina per il caffè, piano induzione, cantinetta vini. Bagno con doccia. Zona lavanderia con lavasciuga. Vasto portico con ventilatori, piccola piscina e doccia all'aperto. Al piano superiore due camere letto entrambe con bagni. Piscina aperta dal 01/05 al 30/10

Salento casa vacanze con giardino privato

Ho restaurato di recente questa antica casa, composta da una stanza da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, cucina e un bagno con doccia e una lavanderia con lavatrice. Le volte sono a stella e la stanza da letto conserva l'originale pavimento a chianche. Il giardino ha un piccolo agrumeto ed un barbecue in muratura. La casa è nel centro storico di Galugnano, un piccolo paese a 10km da Lecce, a 20 dall'Adriatico e circa 30 dallo Jonio, vicino alla strada che collega Lecce a Leuca.

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Only 5km far from famous turist sea-side

A charming little house is situated in the oldest bit of Marittima a pretty village set on a hill looking down towards the crystal clear waters of the Sea. Marittima consists of two bars a family run Trattoria and a small local shop for buying fresh groceries. The house is on two floors ,whitewashed with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of light,tastefully decorated in a minimalist style. Walking distance to the cove of Acquaviva and a minutes car drive down the unspoilt Salento coastline.
