My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

This compact, bright, garden suite is decorated in a simple mid-century style. It has it's own private entrance, with free off road parking. It would suit a couple (or family with 1/2 younger children). Quietly situated above Mousehole, & just a short (5 min) walk down the steep hill to the stunning village & amazing little harbour, where there are great restaurants, an old pub, deli & galleries. Fab swimming & coastal walks are close by. Its perfect for a romantic break or a family getaway.

Outside the pretty plant-filled courtyard is the perfect place for a morning coffee or for a glass of something chilled as the sun goes down.

Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!

Settled on a peaceful street in the quaint historical fishing village of Newlyn, this beautiful home is just a stone's throw from the harbour which provides coastal links between Mousehole and Marazion. The house is walking distance from all Newlyn has to offer with bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers, Co-op, a cheese shop, an ice cream shop, cafes, restaurants, Newlyn Filmhouse, and Newlyn Art Gallery.

Mermaid's Rest is a newly converted studio boasting kingsize four poster bed plus a small sofa bed. It has an ensuite with double shower and a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The studio has a gorgeous patio with seating for 2 and sea views. There are 2 more chairs outside. Mermaid's Rest is 2 minutes from a selection of fabulous restaurants, handy shops and the beach.

Charming Cornish cottage

This cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Newlyn, It has retained many of its original features. Previously used as a pilchard press, The cottage has history and charm. Situated on the harbour front it boasts incredible views which span across Newlyn harbour, Mounts bay and st Michaels mount.

A cosy maisonette set in the Newlyn hillside, Captain's Cottage is surrounded by views of woodland and Penzance. A short walk from the centre of the village, in a quiet setting. Free private parking for up to two cars. Nearby beaches include Porthcurnow, Marazion and Sennen.
