Αποτελεί ιδανική λύση για διαμονή μεγάλης οικογένειας ή γκρουπ φίλων μέχρι 9 άτομα που μπορούν να διαμοιραστούν σε τέσσερα δωμάτια. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει μεγάλη κοινόχρηστη αυλή με τραπέζια και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με εξοπλισμό πλυντηρίου και στεγνωτηρίου ρούχων καθώς και σιδερώστρα.
