We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Many films and TV series have been filmed in the area, as it is often thought of as quintessentially English. Just a hop and a skip from London and its airports and a short distance from Marlow, Henley or High Wycombe stations... come and step back in time and enjoy a rural setting you won't forget.

Stay in a unique former granary to a watermill.

The granary has been lovingly converted into industrial-designed accommodation set over three floors. The owners, who live next door, have spent time restoring the original features (some dating to the 1600s) including exposed brickwork and beams throughout. They have finished off the interior design with rustic industrial finishes, mid century furniture, Ercol pieces and handmade lampshades from a local potter.
