The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

The penthouse is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a terrace and panoramic lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Die Wohnung ist zentral (Busstation 1 Minute) und doch sehr ruhig. Sie ist sehr hell und top modern eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, See und Restaurants sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Bett ist 140 cm breit. Es ist ein Parkplatz vorhanden (CHF 6/ Nacht).
