Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

The cottage is well located and situated on the local road to Valdanos beach. Moreover, its convenient location merely 2.8 km away from the historic town of Ulcinj adds to its appeal. The Coratina Cottage offers a serene retreat that is just 2.1 km away from the beautiful Valdanos Beach.

This thoughtfully designed cabin is ideal for a family vacation for up to 6 people. It has a large terrace over the Bojana river which is a perfect resting place, lounge, dining space or whatever you can imagine. Inside the cabin you will find a spacious living room with kitchen, above which are two bedrooms in the loft.
