Lucy's House Mollymook Original 1960s Beach House

Our little retro house & caravan retain the original layout and include luxurious bed linen, pretty bath towels, original artworks, and a sprinkling of objects from the 60s. Unwind on the sunny front veranda or shaded back deck with a complimentary cold beer or wine after a day of hiking in the forest or swimming at the beach. A breakfast of farm fresh eggs, sourdough, granola, and other local treats are all included in your welcome hamper and will make your stay that little bit extra special.

Our renovated cottage in Narrawallee is a charming coastal retreat made for relaxed getaways, walks to the beach and sunny afternoons on the deck. The home consists of 2 bedrooms with queen beds, full kitchen with Nespresso machine, wi-fi, Netflix and private back deck with outdoor tv and bbq. Stroll 800m to Narrawallee beach (down Matron Porter drive then right at victor ave) or head a little further to Mollymook beach where you'll find Bannisters Pavillion, supermarket, deli and bakery.

2 mins stroll to the local North Molly social hub and amenities (grocery, deli, fish& chips and Pizza takeaway, liquor, chemist, dining at Gwylo restaurant and Banisters Rooftop bar). 5 mins walk to sheltered North Mollymook, one of the South Coast's most beautiful beaches. Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
