Welcome to this beautifully designed two-bedroom suite in quiet & Vancouver west area. Right next to the famout UBC, only a few short steps to parks and close to major attractions. The unit is private, no need to share any space and comes with private entrance at the back of the main house. The unit has 1 bedroom (queen-sized bed), and a sofa bed, maximally accommodate 4 people. The unit is not equipped with stove, thus cooking is not allowed but microwave is provided.

This is a well laid out basement suite that is located right on the ocean as you step out the door. We are minutes from UBC and shops on 4th Avenue. We have one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven. We have lots of closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will also have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean during summer months.
