You are welcome to our traditional Bedouin home located to the village Uum Sayhoun. Our village is located very close to ancient city of Petra and it's a perfect place to explore the real Bedouin life. Feel safe to walk around the village, meet the local people, interact with them and learn about our stories, history and culture. My family and I will be your host and we will provide you with any help or advice you need. You can join with us traditional meals, shisha, tea, music and dance.

If you're looking for an authentic experience with the local Bedouins who have been living inside and around Petra for over many centuries, you've come to a right place. We're offering a clean and tidy three-bedroom space above our home of a 9-member household (and a cat) in a quiet area of Umm Sayhoun. This village is inhabited by around 4,000 Bedouins whose lives have been a crucial part of what Petra is today. The village has its own gate to the Petra UNESCO site.
