Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Posto ideale per chi cerca la vera tranquillità. e il vero contatto con la natura. Alla ricerca di abitudini ormai del passato come accendere la stufa a legna e il camino. possibilità di fare festa senza il timore di disturbare i vicini fino a tarda notte. La strada asfaltata che porta alla Baita, è strada di montagna quindi stretta e xon molte curve, mentre il sentiero per raggiungere Baita Beatrice ,sono 5 minuti a piedi. Ps.. Siamo a 1080m sul livello del mare, quindi calzature idonee.

Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
