The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cabinet space and modern appliances, including a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven hood, and stove. Adjacent to the kitchen, the separate laundry room/mudroom provides access to both the kitchen and the side patio. Outdoor spaces include a large covered front porch and a charming back porch with a pergola, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Up to 2, mid to small sized dogs allowed. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).
