Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Meraki

Το Μεράκι είναι ένα μοναδικό διαμέρισμα (40m2) που βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο το κέντρο. Έχουμε φτιάξει το διαμέρισμά μας με "μεράκι" και προσοχή έτσι ώστε να σας προσφέρει τα πάντα για μία άνετη διαμονή. Οι παροχές του διαμερίσματος είναι: δωρεάν Wi-Fi, smart TV, πλυντήριο ρούχων, πλήρες εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο, ντουζιέρα, 1 διπλό κερβάτι, καναπές-κρεβάτι(υψηλής άνεσης), ιδιωτική μεγάλη αυλή. Μπορούν να μείνουν έως 4 άτομα. Δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης. Δυνατότητα παροχής παρκοκρέβατου.

Ithaca's Summer House

Το κατάλυμα είναι δύο επιπέδων μεζονέτα εμβαδού 75 τ.μ. χωρητικότητας έως 5 ατόμων. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, μικρές ομάδες. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

Το Διαμέρισμα «Σοφία» βρίσκεται στο Βαθύ, την πρωτεύουσα της Ιθάκης , με άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης, μοναδική θέα στην θάλασσα και όλες τις κατάλληλες παροχές. Διαθέτει δωρεάν parking, δυο υπνοδωμάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει εώς πέντε άτομα. Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για χαλάρωση, ώστε να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας στο πανέμορφο νησί της Ιθάκης.

Villa Glysinia is a two-storey house ideal for couples, friends and family. On the ground floor, you will find the beautiful fully equipped kitchen, the living room with the‘warm’ fireplace, a dining area, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed easily converted into two single beds and a bathroom. The outdoor space with a pool, trees, and the dining area enhances the feeling of intimacy. On the 1st floor, you will find a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom and a terrace with sea view.

Out of season, the town is chilled & relaxing, in season busy & vibrant with its restaurants, shops and bars all buzzing, & its harbour full of yachts. You choose which version of Vathi to enjoy according to the time of year, both are lovely! The harbour is just two minutes away from Galazio's garden gate. Or it has its peaceful terrace with sea view, where you'll want to linger.

Antheon apartments - Jasmine

Το πετρόχτιστο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο νεοκλασικό κτίριο που στεγάζονται τα διαμερίσματα Antheon βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Ματζαράτα στο Βαθύ της Ιθάκης. Έχει εξαιρετική θέα προς το λιμάνι του νησιού, σε μια ήσυχη και αμφιθεατρική γειτονιά. The stone-built, recently renovated neoclassical building that houses the Antheon apartments is located in the Mazarata area in Vathi, Ithaca. It has an excellent view to the port of the island, in a quiet and amphitheater neighborhood.

A spacious lovely studio fully equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, small seating area, bathroom and storage space. It can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people. On street level but very quiet. Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Please refer to the photos for the exact location of the property and how to get there from the port.

To κατάλυμα αποτελείται απο δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα-σαλόνι, μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι. Βρίσκεται μόλις 400 μέτρα απο την κεντρική πλατεία του νησιού, σε σημείο που ειναι πολύ ήσυχα και με όμορφη θέα στο φυσικό λιμάνι της Ιθάκης. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, the kitchen and livingroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It is located only 400 meters away from the main square, in a quiet place with beautiful view of the Vathy bay.
