Nestled in the historic Old Town, its location is as central as it gets – ideal for those who want experience the city's rhythm while enjoying a comfortable stay. The apartment is located on the last floor of one of Pärnu's most historical buildings, built in 17th Century and has a balcony with a magical view over Old Town rooftops. Stylishly renovated, has all modern comforts & an inner courtyard for parking.

Just 15 min from Tallinn towards Pärnu, PAUS mini house invites you to take an unforgettable break from daily life. Enjoy a large sliding window opening to a spacious terrace, electric security blinds, smart lock, skylight, custom sofa bed, and a cozy steam fireplace. Floor heating, AC, and Frame TV (Netflix, Go3, YouTube) ensure comfort. Outdoor sunken hot tub and romantically lit garden. 200m to sports: disc golf, tennis, football, adventure park. 2km to shop, gas station/cafe and Kernu lake.

Lighted bicycle/walking paths to Pärnu, Audru, and one of the finest beaches – Valgeranna, with disc golf, golf, and a delightful restaurant nearby. Closeby is also Audru Polder - a former wetland, under Natura 2000 protection as the largest stopover point for birds traveling from south to north and back. Very quiet and very magical place.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, by the river. The location is private, but only one hour drive from Tallinn center. This house is the perfect escape from routine and focusing to people, but if you need, the house is equipped with every modern convenience including WiFi and TV (Telia and Netflix). Rooms are warm and the floors are heated, so you don`t have to worry about cold feet in winter. You are welcome to take a bubble bath in cozy outdoor hot tub.

House with a unique design

Lovely one-bedroom house with extraordinary privacy, huge garden and artsy design (made by me), yet located in the very heart of the village. Public transport stop and grocery store right across the street. Great resting place for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids and/or furry friends (pets). It is also good place to stay and take a daytrips to Saaremaa, Pärnu, Haapsalu or Tallinn. As I do live here sometimes it’s not hotel style, so don’t prepare for that.

Park Villa is an elegant house with its own park and river surrounding it. This is a place for guests who enjoy the beauty of country living. If you are over 8 we can offer an additional suite. Ask for details. Accomodation in double rooms 2 persons in a room. We are happy to host you and do pay attention to that we are a private holidayhome, that does not provide all the services available in better hotels. In the summer we have several sun loungers in the garden.

Cube House is located in the beach area with a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was built in 2019 and is equipped with everything that you need for your vacation. It offers a unique stay for couples and families who value privacy and want to have microhouse experience. House has almost like a little spa inside with a generous hot tub. Also private patio makes available to enjoy your morning coffee outside. There is also private parking inside the yard.

Looking for a place to surprise your close ones with a cozy get-together? Or dreaming of being woken up by a bird song? Our sauna house can be the one you’re looking for! The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, by the river Pirita.For those more active of you, we can recommend nice hiking trails, rent canoes and SUP. The grill, boat and firewood are included. Possibility to rent a car and arrange an airport transfer.
