The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

The Apartment is 1,800 square foot, second floor, loft-style living in the historic renovated Breeze Building in North East, Pennsylvania. Located on South Lake Street in the heart of downtown North East, it combines big city living with small town charm. Guests can walk to shops, dine at nearby restaurants, bike to Lake Erie, or take a drive to tour local wineries, art galleries, and more. Step back in time farm house

This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Short 20 mins to Erie, Pa and 10 mins from Northeast ,PA. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave ,stove and all the gadgets you need to cook with. Off the kitchen is a laundry room washer and dryer available. The décor is very rustic and farm like living .We are looking forward to sharing this gem . 25.00 cash dog fee

Enjoy this cozy and spacious condo at Peek’n Peak, perfect for large families and groups. Sleeps up to 10 people with 2 private bedrooms, plus a loft. The master bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom; the second bedroom and loft each have queen beds. Queen sofa sleepers are available in the living room and loft. Enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, and an unbeatable location next door to the Sugar Shack and ski lift. Guests may access Peek’n Peak Resort amenities (not included).

Located on bluff of Lake Erie , enjoy breathtaking sunsets from living areas while relaxing around the fire pit . Our cottage sits along the Lake Erie Wine Trail with over 20 wineries. Shades Beach is 1.4 miles away and offers a boat launch ,trails ,play areas , and picnic grounds . Presque Isle State Park known as Pennsylvania's "seashore" is 18 miles away and offers swimming, hiking, cycling and other recreational water activities . Close to restaurants , grocery and shopping .

Beautiful lakefront cottage on Findley Lake. Completely remodeled cozy one-bedroom cottage with two docks, 150 ft. of lake frontage, and boathouse. Tucked away on a quaint woodsy lot, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets while relaxing around the firepit. Hidden Cove offers a one bedroom with a queen mattress and futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just a few miles from Peak n' Peek resort where you can enjoy skiing, cycling, ziplining, segway tours, and restaurants.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Are you needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

This Cozy Tiny House, on a private drive, has all the comforts of home. Relax on the deck that looks over a large pond with a fountain. Hike the private trails and fish in the pond. Experience the peace and quiet of country living, but only one mile from conveniences such as a grocery store, restaurant and a local coffee shop.
