We are located 10-15 minutes from the college campus where there are several local dining options and events hosting all year long. Our cabin will be waiting for your arrival or return, well equipped with a 55" TV above the gas fireplace, a comfortable King size bed, and an amazing back porch with a Weber Grill and huge hot tub.

7 minutes from Kinkaid Lake's Paul Ice boat ramp. 15 minutes fron Kinkaid marina. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. There is plenty of room to park your boat. After a day on the lake come back to the house and enjoy some relaxing time either in the house or under the shade trees in the yard. The family room furniture is set up for a family gathering or watching TV. The bedrooms all have new mattresses and different types of pillows to choose from.

There is a full kitchen and a walk in shower as well. This cabin is located 1 mile from Kinkaid Lake and 7 miles from shopping and grocery.
