Our place is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, in between 2 famous parks and is well connected to anywhere in the city. The building is quite old, offering tall ceilings and an overall charming 'alt bau' style. Our guests are welcome to enjoy our 2nd floor home that we put together very lovingly, keeping the vienese essence alive. We are sure you will enjoy the jacussi in the large bathroom and perhaps some entertainment on the projector afterwards! It is a restful space to come back to.

Zentrale ruhige Familienwohnung

Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten im Trendbezirk, ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie bietet Platz für 2-3 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind/ Baby. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem grossen Bett (1.80x2.00m) lässt sich komplett verdunkeln. Die zweite Schlafmöglichkeit ist in der Wohnküche (0.90x2.00m). Ausserdem haben wir ein Babybett mit Gittern. Die Wohnung ist ein typisch wienerisches Altbaugebäude, jedoch neu renoviert mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Der Balkon ist südwestlich mit viel Sonne ausgerichtet.
