Op 100 meter van de berglift naar het drielandenpunt Oostenrijk, Italië en Slovenië ligt deze unieke plek, omringd door bergen, meren en bossen. Ochtends apfelstrudel op de alpenweide, ’s middags wandelen, raften of mountainbiken in Slovenië, en ’s avonds genieten van pizza, pasta of lokale gerechten in Italië. Thuis genieten van tuin, terras en balkon op het zuiden, rondom uitzicht op bergen, een barrelsauna, hot/cold tub en vuurplaats. Toeristenbelasting €2,70 p.p.p.n. bij aankomst te betalen.

Enjoy yourself with the whole family in this stylish property with aprivate swimming pool, within walking distance of the Dreilandereck family ski area. Our holiday home is located at the bottom of the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the best of three countries Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated swimming pool from the end of April to mid-October. In winter, we have 1 locker on the slopes exclusively for our guests.

Dit vakantiehuis is genaamd Glück Auf 1 en verwijst naar de (mijn)streek waar Bernadette en ik (Ruud) geboren zijn. Glück Auf is een internationale mijnwerkersgroet en betekent zoveel als 'Kom goed boven'. Naast Glück Auf 1 is er ook Glück Auf 2. Samen vormen ze een blok van 2 woningen die apart te huur zijn maar ook gezamenlijk. Let wel: er is geen interne doorgang, de verbinding vindt plaats via het terras of het balkon.
