Enjoy the spacious open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen with beautiful sea views. Outside, you’ll find a large garden, BBQ area, private swimming pool and whirlpool (not heated). The nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive away.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
