The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. Mon logement est proche de Gare du Nord et Gare de l'Est et il est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Nous disposons de 2 chambres pour 2 personnes avec possibilité de rajouter 1 lit pour une personne dans la chambre Louvre uniquement (+40€). Nous vous assurons notre sérieux et la qualité de votre séjour basée sur une expérience riche de 20 années de location de chambre d'hôte.

Possibilité de déposer ses bagages le matin et de les laisser le jour du départ. 7 minutes à pied de la gare de Lyon et à 10 mn à pied de l’Accor Arena. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le salon de 7h30 à 9h30. L’appartement se trouve entre la gare de Lyon 7mn à pied et la station de métro Reuilly-Diderot et à 10 mn à pied de la salle de concert l’Accor Arena. Au pied de la promenade plantée.
