La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Shop 200m, City mall 2.5km, beach 5km, centar of Pula 3km, airport 5km.

House Katarina – Private Heated Swimming Pool

Modern family home in a prime location, just 150 m from Uvala Soline beach. Offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed for 2 guests. The city centre is 2.5 km away with good bus connections. Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C. Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. Bus station 300 m distant.All villages 5-10 km distant.

Die Lage ist super, das Haus befindet sich zwischen Pula und NP kap Kamenjak Viele verschiedene Strände sind in der Nähe und mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Parkplatz ist privat.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
