We’re a quick 15-20 min drive to some of Florida’s best beaches and only a 25 min drive to Tampa International Airport or the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport. Walk to Downtown St Pete and Bay

Efficiency offers one queen bed. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walk to bay and beautiful downtown St Pete. Guests may enjoy our pool however it is not heated so it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide pool/beach towels if needed. Please know if you are dependent on having wifi, we seem to have a history of sketchy WiFi in our area. Hope to see you soon!
