Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Bozion Barn - Views & Camel trail to Padstow

Completely away from it all, yet near to Padstow and Wadebridge, Bozion Barn lies in a delightful south-facing position above the River Camel valley with its cycle trail to the moors or Padstow. Its elevated position allows for views across the valley and a patchwork of fields and woods beyond. This traditional Cornish stone barn retains many of its former features. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.
