An open living and upgraded kitchen area greets guests upon entry plus a side door access leading to a premium fenced back yard with artificial turf, a furniture set, plus umbrella for shade!

Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Imagine a place that deer and tall wading birds looking at turtles sunning on a log while listening to the Gulf of Mexico as the waves roll in. The sun starts to set, and you walk down to see the sunset over the beach. Time for some music and entertainment then a walk around Gulf Place for dinner then a short stroll back home and sit on the screened in front porch enjoying the sounds of the gentle rolling Gulf of Mexico.

You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
