Relax in a peaceful chalet overlooking the Solent and Isle of Wight. Located on the King Charles III coastal path (South) Watch the cruise ships sail by after they leave Southampton. Enjoy drinks and entertainment (when scheduled) in the on-site Clubhouse. Based between Portsmouth and Southampton, it's a glorious location for further exploration of the South Coast & to enjoy the local walks and beach. There is a tennis court on site and heated swimming pool (small charge - summer season).

Motorway access to South coast cities such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth and shopping in West Quay Southampton ,Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. Also 20 mins away from Southampton docks for cruise ships

The Beach House is a cosy, self contained, nautical themed one-bedroom annexe situated within a two minute walk to the lovely beach at Hill Head. The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. Families welcome, property sleeps 3-4 with sofa bed in lounge area. Dogs welcome.

The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. Cottage anglais du 16iè siècle, tout rénové avec accès sur un grand jardin fleuri. Notre maison est sur le même terrain donc nous aurons le jardin en commun. Nous sommes à moins de 5 kilomètres de la mer. Notre petit cottage est une excellente base pour visiter la New Forest et ses chevaux en liberté à l'ouest (à 30 minutes), Portsmouth et ses bateaux historiques à l'est (à 20 minutes), ou Winchester, l'ancienne capitale d'Angleterre au nord (à 25 min).

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
