Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. It has 2 queen beds, a spacious & warm living area, with a kitchenette and a stylish bathroom. Escape the stresses of the modern world & enjoy the view over the pond. Curl up on the couch in front of the wood fire. Explore the delights of the Southern Highlands-cafes, restaurants, lovely drives and walks. We are only 10mins from beautiful Morton National Park.

HORSE LOVERS HAVEN: Treat yourself to some 'Me' time in this rustic but luxury converted Tin Shed surrounded by some 70 horses in the beautiful Southern Highlands. Enjoy the firepit and sit back to gaze at the awesome milky way and enjoy the tranquility of silence. Stroll the laneways, have a quiet drink by the dam or be adventurous and join a trail ride . The ‘Tin Shed’ is conveniently located 5 minutes from Moss Vale and central to the many villages, restaurants and attractions in the area.

Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette, dining table and comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Mungo Lodge, pet friendly and accessible

.It was built to comply as a wheelchair accessible accomodation. There is fully accessible bathroom with show chair and railings and disabled toilet. There is wheelchair access in kitchen including accessible stove and oven. There is no lip on sliding doors to deck.The cottage is pet friendly with full fencing. It has two bedrooms and looks out over the beautiful green hills of the Southern Highlands. It is only a short distance from all the surrounding villages.

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens .
