Rocky Valley towards the sea and Bossiney Cove (ideal beach for swimming) are just 30 minutes walk away and you can't leave without having a drink at The Port William, Trebarwith Strand with it's sea views Also nearby is Port Isaac, Rock, Bude and Bodmin moor.

Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. We are delighted to offer this unique garden/riverside lodge. The lodge is situated off the A38 at Marsh Mills, with great links into the centre, but offering a sense of tranquility. The lodge is tucked away in our well established, mature garden providing privacy. The river is tidal and home to various fish and birds. Guests are welcome to fish. You have a separate access, decked areas and sole use of hot tub. New is our yoga studio and wood fired sauna available for private bookings.

Go outside and toast marshmallows on the fire pit, or sizzle sausages on the brick charcoal barbecue. Then sink into the electric hot tub, turn up the jets and gaze at the stars.

The Hideaway

Our barn is well situated between London and Cornwall, and is on the cycle route from Land's End to John o' Groats. We offer peaceful, simple accommodation, in a converted barn. The decor is simple, eclectic and stylish, possibly shabby chic. The building is spacious yet intimate , with a comfortable bed, cosy sofa, and a wood burner. The barn is completely separate from the main house where we live, by about 30m. Although we are mostly here, the barn feels very secluded.

The cow shed.

Welcome to the Cow Shed. We are located in the village of Upton cross. The property is at the end of our garden but completely private with its own entrance and own patio. Our home is surrounded by a working farm which is home to a herd of cows for most of the year, some are shy but others a bit cheeky and will pop there heads over the wall to be nosey. We are based right on the edge of Bodmin moor with views of the cheese rings and Sharptor, we have a local pub and shop .

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.
