Relax at our large 1850 Victorian house in the centre of Brighton. A comfortable large double room with small attractive private bathroom a few steps away. High ceilings, large windows, comfy bed, quality cotton linen, towels, sofa, small table, chair, TV, fast WiFi, tea making facilities. The room is by the entrance giving you privacy. Breakfast served in the room on request. In the heart of Brighton but in a residential street, a few mins from shops, restaurants. The sea is 12 mins walk.

We are a 5 min walk to the seafront, A 2 min walk to bus stops going straight into town or along coast roads.

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

Easy access to Brighton , Hove ,Worthing and London. Shops and restaurants around.

The Chicken Shed

The` Chicken shed` is a cosy 1 bedroom annexe with en-suite shower room, on the courtyard of Highground Barn, which is a traditional Sussex flint barn originally built in 1760 and converted in 2004. The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.

Farmhouse B&B - Orchard View Room

Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable working farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included.

Award winning South Coast beaches a short drive, and we are very conveniently located for the renowned Goodwood Motor festivals ( 0.9 mile ) . Our traditional village pub serving delicious food a few paces away.
