Livingston Junction Depot Cottage private HOT TUB

You'll love this unique and romantic escape in the hills of the ozark. At night you get to gaze at the stars in the hot tub. The large stone fireplace will give you a time for snuggle in and feel the warmth. The Queen size bed has 2 windows facing the spectral views of the Ozark hills. The kitchen has the availability to use plenty of utensils to master your meals.The bathroom does have a jetted spa tub to soak in while giving you the option for a shower. Very private wooded views.

Sassafrass Silo Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!

Forest Garden Yurts

Glamping at its finest! Forest Garden Yurts are wooden yurts designed and built by Bill Coperthwaite in the 1970s for Tom Hess and Lory Brown as home and pottery studio. Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.

The Nut House on Table Rock Emerald Beach Lakeview

The Nut House sits on a 200 foot bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. We are part of the Emerald Beach community. The best part of this 3 BR 2 BA home is the 900+ SF deck. There is a charcoal BBQ grill and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer, and an easy-to-light fire pit for winter (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this quiet street. Deer roam the neighborhood and on rare occasions you can spy fox and bald eagles.
