Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

A third guest can also enjoy the cozy sleeping nook with twin bed and a 4th guest on our roll-away bed.

Rossburg Tavern (1800’s)

This house was built in the early 1800's as part of a small town "Rossburg" that no longer exists and is reported to have been a Tavern. This is one of the last remaining structures for this town along with the barn and house across the street. The house sits on one acre of land surrounded by farmland, so you'll have opportunity to relax by a campfire, enjoy the unique architecture of the house, or explore the wide variety of entertainment options all within 20 minutes of the house.

Pet friendly, 2 dog limit & well behaved in house. We ask that you crate your dogs if they are to be left unattended.

A spacious private garden level apartment attached to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a peaceful creek, windchimes, flowers, large back yard, and many amenities nearby. You will find freshly washed and ironed sheets on a wonderful new mattress to provide you with a wonderful night's rest. Your pet cat or dog are important guests also. Be sure to register them. The Loft, updated 1/2025 is a unique space located 1.4 miles from the W.E.C., 3 miles from Lake Cowan, to name a few, there is plenty to see and do within minutes of our location. Relax on your private deck or stay in and watch a movie on the 55" 4k smart TV. Enjoy a serene country setting with tremendous views from every window. A great place to get away from it all. Once you stay, you will want to come back for another visit soon.
