Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Quirky, comfortable, converted Chapel

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely period features carefully restored. Rural quiet equestrian countryside with around 45 minute drive to some lovely beaches. A thatched Semi detached part of a Devon Longhouse around 400 years old. This little quaint cottage/annex has lots of period features. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with around 45 minute drive to the sea and some beautiful North Devon beaches. A quiet simple countryside retreat. NB: No takeaways available

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Chocolate box Cottage in the heart of Devon

Jasmine cottage is a cosy 17th century Devonshire thatched cottage with everything you need for a short break or relaxing week or two away. Perfect for romantic couples or family getaways, ideally situated for country walks, cycling & exploring beautiful Dartmoor. The north Devon and Cornish coast is just under an hour drive. With a log burner for cosy winter nights in, and a lovely shingle garden for sunny afternoons. Comfortably sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Cobb Cottage - HiddenDevon

Cobb Cottage is one of Three gorgeous cottages we have at HiddenDevon. It is a fully renovated 450 year old Cobb Farmhouse, it has toasty warm underfloor heating , a log burner , Cute but well equipped Kitchen , Upstairs bathroom + additional downstairs toilet , Enclosed garden with Patio and seating, set in the gorgeous Devon countryside , yet easy access to the best of North Devon, Beaches (35 mins) between the moors ,and lots of dog friendly pubs.

Lakeside Lodge, Hot Tub, Dog Friendly, Fishing

'Iris Lodge' is one of four private lodges, situated on the 5.5 acre site of Venn Lakes, Winkleigh. Westerly-facing, guests can expect spectacular sunsets, water glistening and the surrounding, established trees and warm glows of the sun reflected in the lake. As day disappears, enjoy the magic of our dark sky area by gazing up at the stars from the comfort of your private hot tub, glass of bubbly in hand.

Luxurious get away for walking fishing relaxing

A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.

Bedport Loft

Bedport Loft is a tranquil couples romantic retreat situated between Exmoor and Dartmoor on the outskirts of the small village of Burrington. Come and enjoy the peaceful setting with dark skies for star gazing and wake up to the sound of birdsong. Great walks, great beaches and fabulous sunsets. Five minute drive to our local golf club, Libbaton which has a bar and restaurant.

Wagtails is a beautiful, cosy and quiet, SELF CATERING cottage. Well maintained and tastefully decorated. Wagtails is a great base to travel around Devon. Wagtails is child and pet friendly. Wagtails has its own garden, guests also have access to owners small wood. Wagtails Cottage sleeps 4 (ONLY) with provisions for baby/toddler (travel cot and cot bed).
