The windows of the hut have been placed so that guests can enjoy wonderful views of the woods as they lie in their luxury King Size bed in the morning. A well equipped kitchen, a great shower room and flushing toilet, a woodburner, a large deck where you can eat alfresco or enjoy your own private hot tub.

Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. Newbridge Cottage

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

14th Century Dairy

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, The Dairy is a self contained, self catering, 2 bedroom (with optional extra 3rd bedroom at additional charge) attached cottage.
