You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. There are 2 golf courses, 2 microbreweries, 1 winery and so much more within a 10 minute drive! We have 2 cottages on our property, this listing is the 2 bedroom cottage

Located in the small town of Cochranton, within walking distance of marketplace grocery, the park, and right across the street from kovfino coffee/Iris theatre!! The town is at your fingertips!! With a well stocked kitchen and a cozy fireplace it's the perfect space to relax as a couple or with a few friends!! We have a queen size bed as well as a corduroy convertable bean bag chair/bed.

Are you needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
