The Annex at King's Crossing is a brand new, tastefully furnished two bedroom, one bathroom home with an upstairs sleeping loft. Space is maximized and height is harnessed to create a unique, contemporary experience amidst a rural setting near the heart of historic Fredericksburg! King's Crossing is nestled between downtown Fredericksburg and the battlefields; you will find that getting to local attractions is an easy drive. Additionally, we are within 1 hour of DC, Richmond, and Shenandoah.

Built in 2024, the Shenandoah Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a pullout sofa for extra guests, a full kitchen, and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Our roomy studio apartment has a separate entrance, so guest can come and go at their leisure. A personalized code provides easy and quick check in. The Inn is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood just 4 miles from downtown historic Fredericksburg. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. A 1,000 square foot furnished basement apartment with private entrance, laundry room, full kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, living room and plenty of closet space. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting outside on the patio. The apartment is adjacent to our pool which guests are welcome to use. Apartment has full size bed, a rollaway twin size bed and a pack and play. Apartment is close to Stafford Hospital and VRE.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will love staying in this home. The home is close to I95 and RT 1 and in the middle of Washington DC and Richmond Virginia. The VA Hospital and Spotsylvania Hospital is about 10 minutes away. The Kings Dominion Amusement Park is 30 minutes away and Dominion Raceway is about 7 minutes away. 10 minutes away from all the shopping.
