The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. Cottage in Arundel, West Sussex

Nestled in the heart of Arundel, Norton Cottage is situated a short walk from its historic Castle, Cathedral and old town centre with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants. A renovated Georgian cottage set over three floors providing accommodation for four guests. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and a beautiful bathroom. The ground floor contains the living area, complete with original wooden beams and a log burner to enjoy on colder nights, as well as a modern galley kitchen.

Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.
