Sit out on the patio and enjoy complimentary coffee or relax on the couch with your Roku TV set up to easily sign in to all your streaming apps. Bringing more than 2 guests? Your couch folds out into a queen size bed.

Walk 15 minutes to Land Park and the Sacramento Zoo! Enjoy your stay in comfort with a king-sized bed, new TV for streaming, beautifully appointed bathroom and kitchen. Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere. Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, the Shrem Museum of Art, the UCD Vet School, are all within walking distance. Parent/teenager college visit? Our suite will accomodate.
