Wir vermieten unsere kleine Hütte nähe Zell am See. Sehr ruhige Lage am Waldrand mit kleinem Bach und fast keinen anderen Nachbarn (nur zwei weitere Ferienhäuser in der Nähe!) Einfach eingerichtet, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen und zwei weiteren Betten auf einer Empore im Wohnzimmer. Dort haben bis zu drei Personen/Kinder Platz. Es geht eine Leiter hinauf! Fernseher+Internet. Kleine Küche und einfaches Badezimmer! Geheizt wird mit einem automatischen Pelletofen.

You can spend wonderfully relaxing winter evenings in front of the wood stove. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Das Häuschen liegt am Stadtrand von Kufstein am Inntalradweg, 100m enfernt von einer gemütlichen Jausenstation , 10min entfernt vom Kaiseraufstieg, dem Eingang ins Kaisergebirge, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf Wunsch können Touren angeboten werden. Die Stadt Kufstein (Bahnhof) und der Kaiserlift ist mit dem Rad bzw. per Stadtbus in 10 min erreichbar. Der große eingezäunte Garten lädt zum Spielen, Grillen und Relaxen ein. Die Küche mit Nespressomaschine ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.
