The house features queen beds in all bedrooms, a foldout couch in the living room(can be closed off by doors), a futon upstairs, and a queen air mattress! Relax on the front porch swing or have an al fresco meal on the back deck!

It's an eight-minute drive to downtown and an easy walk to Belmont and Vanderbilt This quiet apartment includes a full kitchen, bath, living room, and bedroom. It occupies half of the main floor of our turn-of-the-20th-century home, where our happy family of five lives, goes to work & school, and raises backyard hens.
