Over 400 miles of hiking/riding trails, 244 acres of public hunting & fishing. 25 mins from downtown Marietta 90 minutes from Hocking Hills State park! Enjoy relaxing on the covered back deck overlooking the spacious backyard and view of the river. At night relax by a fire and do some start gazing . It's easy to see why we call this "Our little piece of Heaven" ❤️

Cozy elegance in a "real" refurbished farm Milk House Cottage surrounded by gardens with an attached private patio and convenient self-check in keypad. Located within a Quaker & Old-World Amish area. Our country oasis has a cascading valley and big skies views, amid embracing seasonal gardens. Close to southeast Ohio's recreation, hiking, dining, history, and loads of serenity. The Milk House Cottage is a great venue to just unwind. A favorite venue for a friend's getaway or special occasion.

Red Phoenix Ranch is a place of rest and respite. The ranch is located just minutes from The Barn at Woodbridge and Mountain Meadows at Morris Farm. The peaceful, calm, and relaxing environment is the perfect place for the bridal party to get ready, take photos, or sit for a moment before the hustle and bustle of the big day❤️

Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Bigfoot Ridge

Bigfoot Ridge-adults only Bigfoot themed glamping experience. Everywhere you turn is Squatchy! The Stella tent comes with ac/heat, Keurig, fridge, queen size bed with Restonic mattress, grounding mat, bamboo sheets, seating in & outside the tent. Parking below tent by picnic table with umbrella & fire ring. Up top: a gazebo cooking area, a sink house, a hot tub, & a shower house complete with shower, toilet, sink, iron & ironing board. Hosts live on site. Glamping got Squatched!

Situated on a ridge, this 25-acre property borders the Wayne National Forest. You’ll enjoy the views of the surrounding valleys from the large screened-in porch and from the hilltop fire pit area. Play disc golf, corn hole, or softball. Go for a hike, read a book, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

The Moody Fox

***brand new hot tub*** A little two bedroom wooden cabin. Enjoy a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the views of color changing mountains. Warm up in the hot tub under the stars. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

Renner Cabin- 2 bedrooms with hot tub & sauna

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years. Completely remodeled C&O train caboose with a large deck and an amazing view looking over the Ohio river and West Virginia. A full size Murphy bed, original writing desk, the dining table is an old sleeper bed turned upside down and all the lights are original out of Pullman train cars No smoking inside the caboose. Thanks
