Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Baita del Silenzio (Miazzina-VB)

Baita immersa nel bosco, a 5 minuti a piedi dal paese di Miazzina, è come un rifugio privato per chi cerca pace e relax lontano dal caos. Perfetta per ricaricare mente e corpo in un ambiente naturale. Dotata di impianto fotovoltaico che fornisce l'energia elettrica necessaria per l'illuminazione e la ricarica dei cellulari. Si gode la vista mozzafiato sul Lago Maggiore e le sue isole. Dietro casa partono vari sentieri per escursioni nella natura incontaminata del Parco Nazionale della Val Grande

Baita Alpe Aurelio-Hut Lago Maggiore

Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Immersa nei boschi della fantastica Val Grande, a circa 900m d'altezza, la "Baita nel Bosco" è il luogo adatto per staccare dalla routine... Qui il tempo sembra essersi fermato e il silenzio è rotto dal canto degli uccellini o dai richiami degli animali selvatici...e comunque possibile raggiungere le spiagge del lago, i supermercati e tutto ciò che offre una piccola città in meno di mezz'ora.
