The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Angmering Village. The Old Bakery is a lovely old converted Victorian Bakery situated just off the old High Street . With 2 large bedrooms it is ideal for couples, friends and families alike as the sleeping arrangements are 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom which can accommodate 3 beds. Dog friendly with additional £20 per night pet fee. Off street parking for one car. The sunny terrace area to relax. A perfect place to explore West Sussex.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.
