Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Direkt an der Grundlseertraun, haben wir unsere wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern (Dusche & Bad) und einem großen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Couch (auch zum ausziehen für weiter 2 Gäste) und viel Platz. Alles ist vorhanden und ermöglicht somit die perfekte Grundlage für eine schöne, erholsame und gemütliche Auszeit. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!
