Sophies Villa

Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine Couch, die man ausziehen kann, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum mit Restaurants, Cafés, Weinlokalen, historischen Winzerhöfen, diversen Läden entfernt. Die Weinberge beginnen um die Ecke und führen alle zum in nächster Nähe gelegenen Wandergebiet „Pfälzer Wald“ mit seinen beliebten bewirtschafteten Hütten. Die Villa Ludwigshöhe, die Rietburgruine, zu der man auf romantischem Weg mit der Rietburg-Seilbahn gelangt, das dort gelegene Wildgehege sowie ein Panoramacafé sind nur einige von schönen Ausflugszielen.

Wir vermieten auf unserem 2ha großen Waldgrundstück ein idyllisches Schwedenhäuschen für 2 Personen. Für Wellness-Fans ist auch die Buchung einer Massage in unserer Praxis möglich. Unsere mit Holz beheizte Faßsauna ist mit der Naturdusche bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Die Sauna kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Bettbezüge und Handtücher sind bitte mitzubringen oder gegen eine Gebühr leih bar. Matratze wird von uns frisch bezogen Auch Frühstück kann auf Anfrage dazu gebucht werden
