Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

A 3 KM sulla laguna si trova il Golf Club Grado campo a 18 buche. Appartamento composto da salotto, cucina separata, camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno, terrazzo, posto auto privato. Adatto per 2 persone.

Il punto di forza effetto WOW è la vista a 180° sul golfo, visibile da tutto l'appartamento e dalla grande terrazza. Rilassatevi nel grande giardino e fate una passeggiata nel bosco privato! se sarete fortunate vedrete i cerbiatti che vi abitano. La fermata dell'autobus e il parcheggio gratuito sono direttamente sotto la casa.

It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

La villa è dotata di parcheggi privati e di giardini digradanti fino al mare dove dispone di una spiaggetta privata; si sviluppa su tre livelli, con tre camere da letto, tre bagni ed un’ampia zona giorno, con grande vetrata e terrazzo affacciato sul mare.

Siamo vicini al confine con la Slovenia dove possibile trascorrere orette di svago e relax nei due casino situati a Nova Gorica. Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.
