This home includes a master with adjustable king bed and master bath, a nursery with crib & single, a bedroom with 2 full beds, a 2nd full bath, & 2 TVs. The sunny living room has plenty of room to relax.

The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom located beside it. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and also has a full bathroom next to it. The large loft has a sleeper sofa that will sleep two as well as a dedicated workspace area. The basement level has a rec room with a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry. Come and enjoy nature.

The studio is spacious and cozy. Located in the small village of Barnesville which is 7 minutes from I-70. It’s the perfect place for a couples getaway or a solo retreat. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and all the essentials that are needed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. The Studio is attached to the back of a larger house. There is no entrance between the Studio and house. There is private parking.

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
