An upstairs apartment with the view of Crystal Lake and year around activities. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Traverse City, Frankfort, Lake Michigan, Point Betsie and amazing food. The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Welcome to our cozy 3-bed, 1-bath retreat in beautiful Frankfort, Mi! Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

The Beresford was renovated in 2015 and has its own 55 ft. of Lakefront, dock, and rowboat. Lower Herring Lake is an all sports lake with a gradual change in depth for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Enjoy incredible sunsets. Sleeps 6-8. Queen BR main level, 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen in one & twin beds in the other. Two rollaway comfy cots as well. Bath on each level. Full kitchen, fireplace, flatscreen with DVD player, washer/dryer, gas grill, fire pit & WIFI. No smoking, no pets.

Main bedroom has a full-size bed & half bath. There's a twin-size bedroom and a brand-new queen sofa bed w/mattress topper in living room. Plus, fully stocked kitchen.

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.
