Ampio appartamento di recente ristrutturazione al piano terreno nei pressi del centro e di fronte all’inizio delle meravigliose piste da sci della Via Lattea in inverno. In estate si trova accanto ad uno splendido campo da golf. Tre ampie camere da letto, quattro bagni, soggiorno spazioso. È una casa perfetta per un weekend sulle piste tra amici oppure una settimana bianca in famiglia. In estate il campo da golf è molto ben attrezzato. Presente un garage coperto, disponibile su richiesta.

Durante la stagione estiva si può inoltre usufruire della pista di atletica, che si trova a soli 100m dalla casa. L'alloggio è molto luminoso, con un balcone che si affaccia sulla piazza con vista montagne. La perfetta base per chi ama la montagna ma non vuole rinunciare a godersi il paese di Sestriere.
