The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

Downtown Newark is 20 minutes west. Genesis Hospital in Zanesville is 25 minutes east, Virtues golf 5 minutes away. No pets.

You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. Relax and have fun with the whole family or group at this peaceful cottage within a five-minute walk to the lake, beach, marina/boat launch, 4.1-mile lakeside path, bars, and restaurants. Spend time playing air hockey or ping pong in the front room off of the living room, soak in the hot tub, relax by the gas or wood fire pits, play yard games, or grill, and eat in the covered gazebo.
