One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

The deck is ideal for family BBQs & star-gazing. The fire pit is perfect for s'mores on crisp nights (firewood included), and a private hot tub will help usher in relaxation. We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.

Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.
