The Shenandoah Valley offers great gravel, road and MTB trails - and a vast network of hiking trails. The Magnolia House is located in the town of Broadway nestled in the Shenandoah Valley. Convenient to so many things to see and do. Nearby attractions include Bryce Resort ( a 4 season resort), New Market historic battlefield and museum, Luray and Shenandoah caverns, multiply vineyards, antique/flea market shopping and only 18 miles to Harrisonburg. The house is a short walk to Heritage park. The park offers a children play area, picnic shelters, a walking path and pickleball courts.
